We are looking for a proactive and tech-savvy individual to join our team as a User Support Executive / Data Support Associate. The role involves processing data, providing basic technical support and training to users, and ensuring a smooth and positive user experience.
Process and manage user data accurately and efficiently
Provide first-level technical support and training to users
Troubleshoot basic issues and escalate when required
Ensure a seamless and user-friendly experience for all users
Communicate effectively with users via email, chat, or phone
Collaborate with internal teams to address user concerns
Graduate in any discipline
0–6 months of relevant experience (Freshers welcome)
Proficiency in MS Excel (basic formulas, data handling)
Good verbal and written English communication skills
Basic understanding of data analysis and troubleshooting
Customer-focused mindset with problem-solving abilities
Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new tools and systems
