Job Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated Tele Sales Officer, Corporate Sales to join our team. The ideal candidate will manage Outbound calls to our new clients, business prospects and informative queries, Tele Sales Officer, Corporate Sales need to engage with prospective clients, and assess their suitability as potential clients. This position requires strong communication, interpersonal skills, and a keen sense for identifying client potential.
Key Responsibilities:
1) Lead Engagement:
· Make outbound calls to understand and assess potential clients’ needs and interests.
· Present the company’s services professionally, creating a welcoming atmosphere for the prospects.
2) Client Assessment:
· Evaluate the potential of each lead by understanding their profile and requirements.
· Qualify prospects and determine if they align with the company’s high-net-worth clientele focus.
3) Relationship Building:
· Build rapport with prospective clients to foster trust and interest.
· Act as a knowledgeable resource to answer initial questions about our services.
4) Collaboration & Reporting:
· Collaborate with other departments for seamless handoff of qualified leads.
· Regularly report on lead activities, client feedback, and any emerging client trends or requirements.
Requirements:
· Strong verbal and written communication skills.
· Ability to build rapport quickly and evaluate client potential.
