This is a full-time hybrid role for Tele Sales: Events (WFH). The Tele Sales Officer will be responsible for generating revenue and maximizing profitability by selling event stalls, tickets, sponsorships to new and existing clients. The role is flexibility for remote work. The candidate will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with clients, preparing and executing sales strategies, managing the sales pipeline, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
§ Identify sales opportunities and demonstrate a high level of diary and rate management
§ Proactively maintain contact with clients
§ To identify new sales opportunities via outbound calls, cold calls, email, whatsapp, social media or any other way to connect
§ Able to answer questions from the client, by understanding their needs and wants
§ In order to route potential opportunities to the relevant department to further develop and for the closing of deals
§ to explain the benefits of the product or service to potential customers
§ Gathering and documenting client info, payment ways, purchases, and reactions to products.
§ Addressing clients' uncertainties, grievances, and suggestions on time.
§ Meeting sales goals
§ Confidently and effectively conduct presentations to clients
§ To build and sustain excellent working relationships through outstanding customer service and support
Qualifications
2+ Years of saes experience
Sales skills, including prospecting, negotiating, and closing deals
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
