Job Role & Responsibilities:

1. Provide expert counseling and guidance to students regarding MBBS programs in India and abroad.


2. Assist students in selecting the best medical colleges and universities based on their qualifications, preferences, and career goals.


3. Handle inquiries through calls, emails, and walk-ins to provide complete information about courses, eligibility, fees, and admission procedures.


4. Support students in the application process, including document verification and submission.


5. Coordinate with colleges and universities for smooth admission processes.


6. Maintain follow-up with potential leads and ensure timely conversion.


7. Build a strong relationship with students and parents to address their concerns and provide personalized support.


8. Stay updated with the latest changes in education policies, entrance exams, and admission trends.


9. Conduct presentations and seminars to promote services.


10. Meet assigned targets and contribute to business growth.

Skills & Qualifications:

Education: Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (preferably in education, counseling, or related fields).

Experience: 1-3 years in education counseling or a similar role (freshers with excellent communication skills can also apply).

Skills:

Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi.

Good interpersonal skills with a problem-solving attitude.

Ability to handle multiple tasks and work under pressure.

Knowledge of MBBS programs and admission processes is a plus.

Proficient in MS Office and CRM tools.
