Team Development

1. Training and Development: Identify training needs and provide opportunities for team members to develop new skills.

2. Mentorship: Mentor team members to help them grow professionally and personally.

3. Team Building: Foster a positive, inclusive, and collaborative team culture.

4. Conflict Resolution: Address and resolve conflicts within the team.

Administrative Responsibilities

1. Time Management: Manage team members' work schedules and ensure efficient use of time.

2. Compliance: Ensure team compliance with organizational policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.

Sales and Revenue Growth:

•Meet and exceed sales targets and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) related to revenue generation and business expansion.

•Manage the entire sales cycle from lead generation to contract negotiation and closing.

•Collaborate with internal teams to deliver solutions that meet client needs.

Additionally are responsible for recruiting, developing, and activating sales consultants, supervising their performance, and ensuring they achieve their monthly goals. They also play a crucial role in training and developing the team by providing knowledge of the company's products and encouraging the use of digital tools to drive business.
