The role involves making outbound calls to potential customers, handling inbound inquiries, and converting leads into opportunities.Key Responsibilities:Make outbound calls to potential customers.Explain products/services clearly and effectively.Handle customer inquiries and resolve their concerns.Follow up on leads and maintain customer relationships.Maintain call records and update CRM systems.Meet daily/weekly/monthly targets.Required Skills:Excellent verbal communication in [Languages – e.g., English, Hindi, local language]Good listening and persuasion skills.Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools).Ability to work under pressure and meet targets.Polite and confident with a positive attitude.Qualifications:Minimum 12th pass or Graduate in any stream.Prior experience in telecalling/BPO/sales is a plus, but not mandatory.Benefits:Attractive incentives & performance bonuses.Flexible working hours (for part-time roles).Training and growth opportunities.Friendly and supportive work environment
