Key Responsibilities:

• Outbound/Inbound Calls: Make calls to potential customers or answer incoming calls to address customer needs.

• Customer Interaction: Engage with customers, provide product information, and answer queries in a professional manner.

• Sales & Lead Generation: Promote the company's products/services, upsell or cross-sell where appropriate, and convert leads into sales.

• Database Management: Maintain accurate records of all interactions with customers using CRM software.

• Follow-Up: Follow up with leads and customers to ensure satisfaction and encourage future sales or services.

• Handling Customer Complaints: Address customer complaints or concerns and escalate issues to higher management if needed.

• Achieving Targets: Meet or exceed daily/weekly/monthly sales or performance targets.

• Market Feedback: Collect customer feedback and market insights to improve services and products.

• Experience:

Prior experience in telecalling, sales, or customer support is a plus, but freshers are also welcome.

Skills:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Good command of the local language and English (if applicable).

• Persuasive and confident in handling calls.

• Basic computer skills and knowledge.
