Inform customers about product & services
Handle inbound & outbound calls
Understand customer's need & solve queries

Job Responsibilities:
1. Attend customer inquiries and convert them into site visits (incentives provided).
2. Upload and manage customer data in the CRM system.
3. Explain property details and benefits to potential customers.
4. Maintain strong communication skills to engage customers and close deals.
5. Follow daily office processes and assigned tasks.
6. Coordinate effectively with field executives.

Required Skills & Knowledge:
• Strong communication skills in English.
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and scanning.
• Experience with WhatsApp broadcasts and CRM data entry.
• Ability to follow up with customers and maintain relationships.
