Job Title: Tele caller Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and persuasive Tele caller to support our marketing team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in generating leads, promoting products/services, and setting appointments for the sales team through outbound calling and follow-ups. Key Responsibilities: Call potential customers from provided leads or databases to promote products/servicesExplain marketing campaigns and offers clearly and effectivelyIdentify customer needs and generate interest in products/servicesSchedule appointments or product demos for the marketing/sales teamMaintain and update CRM records with lead details and outcomesHandle customer queries and objections tactfullyWork closely with the marketing team to refine messaging and strategiesMeet daily and monthly calling targetsRequirements:Proven experience in telecalling, marketing, or a similar roleExcellent verbal communication and interpersonal skillsStrong persuasive and negotiation skillsBasic knowledge of marketing principlesFamiliarity with CRM tools and MS OfficeAbility to handle pressure and meet targetsQualifications:Minimum: Graduated or HSCPreferred: 12th passJob Type: Full-timeLocation: Chinchwad
