📞 Tele caller Job Responsibilities Making Outbound Calls: Call potential or existing customers to inform them about products, services, offers, or follow-ups. Handling Inbound Calls: Attend customer calls, answer queries, and provide support or guidance regarding services. Lead Generation: Identify potential customers, qualify leads, and generate interest in the company’s offerings.Maintaining Customer Records:Update customer databases with accurate details and call outcomes in CRM or Excel.Achieving Daily/Weekly Targets:Meet assigned sales or call targets set by the company or team leader.Handling Objections and Queries:Respond to customer doubts or objections professionally and confidently.Scheduling Appointments or Demos:Book meetings or product demonstrations for sales or field teams when required.Following Communication Scripts:Use predefined scripts or customize conversation flow based on customer interaction.Providing Feedback to Management:Share customer insights, pain points, or complaints for product/service improvement.Maintaining Professionalism:Ensure polite, respectful, and persuasive communication at all times.
