Key Responsibilities: Make outbound calls to prospective clients from the provided database or leads. Explain services related to: Income Tax Return (ITR) Filing GST Registration & Returns TDS Filing & Compliance Business Registration (MSME, Startup India, etc.) Answer customer inquiries and resolve doubts about taxation services. Follow up with interested clients and assist them through the onboarding process.Maintain call logs and update client interaction details in the CRM.Work closely with the sales or tax expert team for conversions.
