We are looking for a Telecaller to join our team in the event management company. The primary responsibility will be to make calls to attendees, brief them about upcoming seminars, events, and conferences, and provide necessary information. The ideal candidate will have good communication skills, basic computer knowledge, and a professional phone etiquette.

Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential attendees.

• Brief them about seminar events, conferences, and related details.

• Maintain accurate records of calls and interactions.

• Provide excellent customer service and address any queries.

Requirements:
