Telecaller

• Support end-to-end ERP implementation with a focus on production and manufacturing modules in Odoo.

• Analyze and document existing production processes; map them effectively into the ERP system.

• Configure production workflows including BoM (Bill of Materials), Work Centers, Routing, Manufacturing Orders, and Quality Checks.

• Assist users in navigating the ERP system, resolving production-related issues, and providing training as needed.

• Coordinate with cross-functional teams (IT, production, procurement, inventory) to ensure seamless ERP integration and functionality.

• Identify opportunities for process improvement and system enhancements based on production needs.

• Ensure data accuracy and consistency throughout the production cycle within the ERP.

• Provide post-implementation support, troubleshooting, and updates for continuous system performance.

Requirements:

• Proven experience working with Odoo ERP, especially in the Manufacturing/Production modules.

• Strong understanding of production workflows, shop floor processes, and supply chain operations.

• Ability to translate business needs into ERP configurations and customizations.

• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and user-support skills.

• Experience in ERP implementations, user training, and documentation.
