Understand customer's need & solve queries

Make outbound calls to potential customers and identify their requirements.
Handle inbound calls and address customer inquiries professionally.
Explain Zydex products and services, emphasizing key benefits.
Maintain and update the customer database with relevant information.
Ability to do 80-100 calls in a day
Call the generated leads, filter them, and provide interested leads to the sales team.
Coordinate with the team to-provide the accurate leads
Adhere to telecalling guidelines and company policies
