We are seeking a motivated and professional Telecallers to join our team for our Leading Client in Secunderabad. This role involves handling calls, providing exceptional customer support, and addressing queries and concerns related to BFSI sector.

Key Responsibilities:

Job Requirements:
The ideal candidate should have 2 years of experience in customer service or a telecaller role and should be proficient in English and Hindi. You will be responsible for resolving customer complaints, offering relevant information, and escalating complex issues to the appropriate department when necessary. This position requires 12th Pass and the candidate should be willing to work 6 days during the Day shift.
