Job Description: Telecaller - Outbound Dues Collection

Salary – 10000-12000/month
We are seeking a dedicated and persuasive Outbound Telecaller to handle dues collection for Asianet Broadband customers. The role involves contacting customers from a provided database, reminding them about pending dues, and ensuring timely payments while maintaining a professional and customer-centric approach.
· Make outbound calls to customers to inform them about outstanding dues.
· Explain payment options and resolve basic customer queries related to dues.
· Update customer feedback and payment status in the system.
· Follow up with customers who have committed to making payments.
· Maintain accurate call logs and adhere to company policies and procedures.
· Ensure a polite, professional, and empathetic approach while interacting with customers.
· Excellent communication skills in Malayalam, with fluency in English preferred.
· Prior experience in collections or outbound calling is an advantage.
· Ability to work under deadlines and meet daily/weekly collection targets.
· Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.
· Basic computer proficiency to manage customer databases and call records.
· Fixed working hours: 9:30 AM to 6:00 PM.
