The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls, providing information to customers, and promoting products or services. This role requires strong communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to handle customer inquiries effectively.Key Responsibilities:Make outbound calls to potential customers or follow up with existing customers.Handle inbound calls, addressing customer queries and providing information about products or services.Maintain a detailed record of calls and customer interactions.Promote products or services and offer personalized solutions to customers.Meet sales targets and conversion goals.Provide feedback to management on customer responses and any challenges faced.Follow company scripts and guidelines during customer interactions.Resolve customer complaints and issues in a professional manner.Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.Update customer information in the company database.Requirements:High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree preferred).Proven experience as a telecaller, telemarketer, or similar role (freshers are also welcome).Excellent verbal communication skills and ability to speak clearly and confidently.Strong active listening skills.Ability to persuade and negotiate effectively.Proficiency in [language(s)].Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM software.Ability to work under pressure and meet targets.Strong problem-solving and multitasking skills.Positive attitude and team player.Benefits:Competitive salary and incentives.Health insurance and other benefits.Training and development opportunities.Friendly and supportive work environment.
