We are looking for motivated and dedicated professionals to join our team to handle customer calls, provide exceptional customer support, and resolve queries related to customer support. Key Responsibilities:

Handle customer calls professionally and efficiently.

Job Requirements:

This role welcomes freshers who are eager to learn and grow in the Customer Support / TeleCaller field. The candidate should have good communication skills and be proficient in Telugu, Tamil. You will be responsible for addressing customer queries, solving complaints, and escalating complex issues when necessary. This position requires Graduate and the candidate should be comfortable working 6 days working during the Day shift.
