We are seeking a motivated and professional Digital CRE to join our team for Cargo Motors Pvt. Ltd. in Ahmedabad at our Gota location. This role involves handling calls, providing exceptional customer support, and addressing queries and concerns related to the Automobile industry. Key Responsibilities:
Handle customer calls professionally and efficiently.
Address customer queries, concerns, and complaints with a problem-solving approach.
Maintained accurate records of customer interactions and follow-ups.
Provide timely and relevant information to customers to resolve their issues.
Work collaboratively with other teams to escalate and resolve complex issues.
Met performance targets, including call handling time, customer satisfaction, and issue resolution rates.
Job Requirements:
The ideal candidate should have 2 to 3 years of experience in customer service or a telecaller role and should be proficient in English, Hindi & Gujarati languages. You will be responsible for resolving customer complaints, offering relevant information, and escalating complex issues to the appropriate department when necessary. This position requires a minimum graduation, and the candidate should be willing to work Monday to Saturday during the Day shift.
