Key Responsibilities:

Recruit and onboard new delivery partners.
Conduct training and ensure compliance with company policies.
Assist partners with documentation and app usage.
Address onboarding queries and challenges.
Collaborate with internal teams for a seamless process.

Qualifications & Skills:
SSLC or higher education qualification.
1-3 years of experience in onboarding or recruitment.
Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and onboarding tools.
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
