Job Summary:

We are looking for a confident and enthusiastic Telecaller to join our team. As a telecaller, your primary responsibility will be to make outbound calls to new potential or existing customers, introduce products/services, answer queries, and generate leads or sales. You should be a good communicator with excellent customer service skills

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential customers.

• Handle inbound queries and convert them into leads/sales.

• Maintain a database of customer information and interactions.

• Follow up on leads and maintain relationships with clients.

• Explain products/services clearly and accurately.

• Meet daily/weekly/monthly targets as assigned.

• Provide feedback to the team for process improvement

Requirements:

• Minimum qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate.

• Good communication skills in language(s) - e.g., English, Hindi, regional languages.

• Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM software is a plus).

• Ability to handle rejection and remain calm under pressure.

• Prior experience in telesales or customer service is an advantage
