Telecalling Assistant

We are seeking a motivated and professional Computer Operator cum call Agent to join our team for Tamil Nadu Corporation of Development of Women, Govt of Tamil Nadu (Premises) under the Sree Vignesh Consultancy Private Limited Payrole in Chennai at Valluvarkottam High Road location. This role involves Computer Operation, attending calls, providing exceptional customer support, and addressing queries and concerns related to Tamil Nadu Information Centre. The role offers ₹12000 - ₹13000 with incentive and a dynamic environment with opportunities for growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Computer Operator

• Handle customer calls in a professional and efficient manner.

• Address customer queries, concerns, and complaints with a problem-solving approach.

• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow-ups.

• Provide timely and relevant information to customers to resolve their issues.

• Work collaboratively with other teams to escalate and resolve complex issues.

• Meet performance targets, including call handling time, customer satisfaction, and issue resolution rates.

Job Requirements:

The ideal candidate should have 0.5- 2 years of experience in customer service or a telecaller role and should be proficient in Tamil. You will be responsible for resolving customer complaints, offering relevant information, and escalating complex issues to the appropriate department when necessary. This position requires Diploma/Degree, and the candidate should be willing to work 6 days working during the Day shift.
