Job Description-
1. Respond promptly and professionally to incoming customer inquiries in person, by Telephone or by Email.
2. Maintain an updated knowledge of our products, services, and customer service policies
3. Document customer interactions when necessary.
4. Explain simply and clearly in response to customer Queries
5. Recommend new products or services or make suggestions about features and benefits
6. Establish and maintain good support with customers by using positive language
7. Responsible for the Sales Process.
8. Perform Other Duties as assigned.
