Job Requirements:

This role welcomes freshers who are eager to learn and grow in the Customer Care field. The candidate should have good communication skills and be proficient in Kannada, English. You will be responsible for addressing customer queries, solving complaints, and escalating complex issues when necessary. This position requires 12th + and the candidate should be comfortable working Monday to Saturday during the 9:am to 6:30pm shift.
