Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Telecollection Executive to join our collections team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for contacting customers with overdue accounts, negotiating payment plans, and ensuring timely collections in a professional manner. You will be the front line of communication and play a key role in maintaining the company’s cash flow and customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to customers with overdue payments.

• Remind customers of their payment obligations in a courteous and professional manner.

• Negotiate and set up repayment plans according to company policies.

• Maintain accurate records of communication and payment commitments.

• Follow up on payment promises to ensure collection is completed.

• Escalate difficult or non-compliant cases to the senior collections team.

• Provide daily/weekly reports on collection activities and outcomes.

• Meet or exceed assigned collection targets and KPIs.

• Ensure compliance with all legal regulations and company policies during collection efforts.

Requirements:

• High School Diploma or equivalent; degree in finance, business, or related field is a plus.

• Prior experience in telecollections, customer service, or call center is preferred.

• Excellent verbal communication and negotiation skills.

• Ability to handle difficult conversations with professionalism.

• Proficient in basic computer applications (MS Office, CRM systems).

• Goal-oriented and self-motivated with a strong sense of responsibility.

• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Preferred Skills:

• Fluency in [local language(s) + English].

• Familiarity with collection tools or dialer systems.

• Understanding of debt recovery laws and guidelines.
