Position Title: Tele caller (Female)Location: Currently open; candidate should be willing to relocate to Shamshabad by November 2025Employment Type: Full-Time Experience Required: 3–5 Years Compensation: ₹20,000 – ₹22,000 Net per month Joining: Immediate Age Limit: Up to 35 Years Roles and Responsibilities: Conduct outbound and inbound telephonic communication to engage with potential and existing clients, ensuring a professional and courteous approach.Clearly articulate product/service offerings and company value propositions to prospective customers.Accurately document call details, maintain CRM records, and ensure timely follow-ups.Coordinate with internal teams (Sales, Marketing, and Customer Support) to support lead generation, customer engagement, and service resolution activities.Maintain a high level of customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and providing timely updates.Achieve defined KPIs such as daily call volumes, lead conversions, and follow-up targets.Schedule appointments, meetings, or site visits as required.Adhere to internal communication protocols, calling scripts, and compliance standards.Candidate Profile:Educational Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.Linguistic Proficiency: Fluency in English, Hindi, and Telugu is mandatory.Professional Experience: Minimum of 3 years and up to 5 years in telecalling, telesales, or customer relationship roles.Core Competencies:Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.Pleasing personality with a soft-spoken demeanor.Customer-centric approach with the ability to build rapport over the phone.Familiarity with CRM tools, MS Excel, and basic data entry processes.Additional Requirements:Must be available to join immediately.Should be open to relocate to Shamshabad by November 2025.Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
