We are looking for an enthusiastic and dedicated Tele caller to become a valuable part of our team for Thinking's Solution based in Kolkata, located at Tollyguange. The role offers upto 15000 and involves managing collection from customer via call, delivering outstanding customer collection related to process. Join us for a great work environment with various opportunities for career growth.Key Responsibilities:Manage outgoing calls in a professional manner.Respond to customer collection concerns with a problem-solving mindset.Log customer interactions and track follow-ups for customer to collect emi or overdue.Offer timely and relevant solutions to dispute for collection from customer.Job Requirements:We are seeking candidates with 0-1 years of experience in collection or telecalling, who are proficient in hindi, bengali, orriya, assamese and other regional languages. The role involves collection from customer, providing the right information, candidates must be open to working 6days in a week or as per process requirement during the day shift.
