Job Requirements:

We are seeking candidates with 6months to 2 years of experience in customer service or telecalling, who are proficient in hindi, english. The role involves resolving customer complaints, providing the right information, and escalating complex problems to the relevant department when needed. A candidates must be open to working Friday to Wednesday during the 9:30 to 5:30 shift.
