Job Requirements:

We are seeking candidates with 0.5-1 years of experience in customer service or telecalling, who are proficient in Hindi & English. The role involves resolving customer complaints, providing the right information, and escalating complex problems to the relevant department when needed. A Below 10th is required, and candidates must be open to working 6 days working during the Day shift.
