Job Summary:
SS Associates is seeking a motivated Telesales Executive to drive sales through
outbound and inbound calls. This role involves promoting products/services, generating
leads, and achieving sales targets.
Job Description:
Outbound/Inbound Calls: Make outbound calls to potential customers and handle
inbound inquiries.
Product/Service Promotion: Clearly explain product/service features and benefits.
Lead Generation: Identify and qualify potential leads.
Sales Targets: Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales goals.
Customer Relationship Management: Maintain accurate records of customer
interactions and follow-ups.
Data Entry: Input and update customer information in the company's database.
Follow ups: follow up with potential customers.
Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor’s or Diploma,Sales or a related field.
Experience : 6 months to 2 years
Proficiency in Microsoft office - Word, Excel, Power point, Spreadsheet
