Key Responsibilities:

Assist customers with product selection, and usage, and handle the queries with utmost care.
Conduct feedback calls to gather customer insights and improve product offerings.
Promote products and features during customer interactions when appropriate.
Resolve complaints efficiently while maintaining a positive tone.
Document all interactions, queries, and feedback in the CRM system.
Collaborate with the team to escalate technical or complex issues.
Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and query resolution.
Requirements:
Excellent English communication skills (verbal and written).
Strong problem-solving abilities and customer-centric mindset.
Comfortable with product calling and handling feedback conversations.
Ability to multitask and thrive in a dynamic environment.
Must have an experience in customer support or telesales.
