We are looking for an enthusiastic and dedicated Voice Process Agent to become a valuable part of our team for Eclerx based in Mohali, located at Phase 11 Sector 65 Mohali. The role offers ₹20000 - ₹22000 and involves managing customer calls, delivering outstanding customer service related to BPO. Job Requirements:

The role involves resolving customer complaints, providing the right information, and escalating complex problems to the relevant department when needed. A Graduate is required, and candidates must be open to working 5 days working during the Rotational shift.
