Key Responsibilities:
Machine Operation:
Accurately operating and configuring production machines and equipment, following standard operating procedures (SOPs).
Monitoring and Control:
Continuously monitoring equipment performance, adjusting parameters, and ensuring optimal production output.
Troubleshooting and Maintenance:
Identifying and resolving equipment malfunctions, performing routine maintenance tasks, and collaborating with maintenance technicians.
Quality Control:
Conducting quality checks on products and processes, ensuring adherence to quality standards, and reporting any non-conformities.
Documentation:
Accurately documenting work performed, equipment performance, and any issues encountered.
Safety:
Adhering to strict safety protocols and procedures, ensuring a safe working environment.
Changeovers and Setups:
Coordinating and participating in product changeovers, setting up machines for different production runs.
Cross-Training:
Assisting in cross-training other team members on equipment operation and maintenance.
Communication:
Communicating effectively with supervisors, colleagues, and other departments.
Data Analysis:
Reviewing production statistics and other data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
Skills and Qualifications:
Technical Skills: Strong technical aptitude, ability to operate and maintain machinery, and knowledge of relevant equipment and processes.
Problem-Solving: Ability to identify, analyze, and resolve technical issues effectively.
Attention to Detail: High attention to detail and accuracy in following procedures and protocols.
Communication: Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
Teamwork: Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
Safety Awareness: Strong understanding of safety procedures and protocols.
Education: High school diploma or equivalent, with additional technical training or certifications preferred.
Experience: Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment is often preferred.
