We are looking for a Digital Marketing Executive with 1 to 3 years of experience to plan, execute, and optimize online marketing campaigns across various digital channels. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in SEO, PPC, Social Media, Content Marketing, and Analytics to drive brand awareness, engagement, and lead generation.
Key Responsibilities:
✅ SEO & Website Management:
Perform on-page and off-page SEO optimization to improve search rankings.
Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis.
Optimize website content, meta tags, and technical SEO elements.
✅ Paid Advertising (PPC & Social Media Ads):
Create, manage, and optimize Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube) campaigns.
Set up and manage Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn Ads.
Monitor budgets, analyze performance, and improve ROAS.
✅ Social Media Management:
Develop and execute social media strategies across platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter).
Create engaging posts, manage community interactions, and track engagement metrics.
✅ Content Marketing & Email Campaigns:
Collaborate with content writers to develop blogs, newsletters, and website content.
Plan and execute email marketing campaigns using Mailchimp, HubSpot, or similar tools.
Track open rates, CTR, and conversion rates for email campaigns.
✅ Analytics & Reporting:
Use Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and Meta Business Suite to track performance.
Generate reports and insights for campaign performance and optimization.
Identify trends and suggest data-driven strategies for improvement.
✅ Market Research & Competitor Analysis:
Monitor industry trends and competitors to stay ahead in digital marketing strategies.
Implement new tools and techniques to enhance digital campaigns.
Requirements:
✔ 1 to 3 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in an agency or in-house marketing team.
✔ Strong knowledge of SEO, PPC, Google Ads, Meta Ads, and Email Marketing.
✔ Proficiency in Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Google Search Console, and Meta Business Suite.
✔ Experience with marketing automation tools (HubSpot, Mailchimp, etc.).
✔ Strong analytical skills with a data-driven approach.
✔ Good communication, creativity, and problem-solving skills.
✔ Basic knowledge of graphic design tools like Canva or Photoshop (preferred).
