- Come up with innovative digital marketing campaigns & strategies
- Run ads & measure performance of campaigns
- Improve company's social media presence
- Identify trends and optimize spends based on insights
You will be trained on:
● Social Media complaints platform
● SM handle management
● Escalation hierarchy Persona
● Strong written communication skills with a focus on clarity, professionalism, and empathy.
● Fresher or 0-12 months of working experience in relevant role
● Experience with social media management tools and ticketing systems (Locobuzz, quick matrix
etc) is a plus.
● Applicant Should have completed intermediate(12th)/Graduation
● Up to 27 years of age
