Job Title: Performance Marketer

Job Overview: We are seeking a skilled and results-driven Performance Marketer to join our dynamic marketing team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in developing, executing, and optimizing digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels to drive measurable business outcomes. The Performance Marketer will be responsible for maximizing ROI, improving customer acquisition, and ensuring overall campaign performance aligns with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across various platforms including Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn, and other paid media channels.
Analyze campaign performance, identify trends, and implement strategies to enhance performance and achieve KPIs (key performance indicators).
Monitor and report on key metrics such as ROI, CPC, CPA, and conversion rates, ensuring campaigns meet or exceed targets.
Conduct A/B testing to improve campaign effectiveness and user experience.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., design, content, product) to ensure cohesive marketing strategies.
Stay up to date with the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing and performance advertising.
Manage budgets and allocate resources efficiently across different channels and campaigns.
Provide actionable insights and recommendations based on data-driven analysis.
Requirements:

Proven experience as a Performance Marketer or in a similar role with a track record of successful campaigns.
Proficiency in Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, and other relevant tools.
Strong understanding of paid media, digital advertising, and optimization techniques.
Ability to analyze and interpret data to make informed decisions and optimize campaigns.
Familiarity with landing page optimization and conversion rate optimization (CRO).
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail and problem-solving ability.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
Preferred Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
Certifications in Google Ads, Facebook Blueprint, or similar platforms.
