Come up with innovative digital marketing campaigns & strategies
Run ads & measure performance of campaigns
Improve company's social media presence
Identify trends and optimize spends based on insights

Responsibilities:
1. Develop and execute email marketing campaigns that drive engagement,
retention, and conversions.
2. Create email marketing strategies and plans based on business objectives
and audience segmentation.
3. Design and implement A/B tests to optimise email performance, including
subject lines, CTAs, and content.
4. Monitor and analyse campaign performance metrics to identify areas for
improvement and implement best practices.
Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in email marketing to
implement innovative strategies.
Qualifications:
1. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
(preferred).
2. Proven experience in email marketing, including campaign management and
performance analysis.
3. Strong understanding of email marketing tools and platforms
