Job Summary:
We are looking for a talented and enthusiastic Digital Marketing Executive to join our team. The Digital Marketing Executive will be responsible for implementing digital marketing strategies to enhance brand awareness, drive website traffic, and acquire leads or customers. This role involves managing online marketing campaigns, analyzing performance, and staying updated with digital trends.
Key Responsibilities:
Campaign Management: Plan, execute, and manage online marketing campaigns across various digital platforms (Google Ads, social media ads, etc.).
SEO/SEM: Optimize website content for search engines (SEO) and manage pay-per-click (PPC) advertising campaigns.
Social Media Management: Create and manage content across all social media channels (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter) to engage audiences and drive traffic.
Email Marketing: Develop and execute email marketing campaigns to nurture leads and promote services/products.
Content Marketing: Collaborate with content creators to develop engaging content (blogs, videos, infographics) for the website and social media.
Analytics & Reporting: Track, analyze, and report on the performance of all digital marketing campaigns using tools like Google Analytics, providing insights to optimize future campaigns.
Conversion Optimization: Implement strategies to improve conversion rates across digital platforms, including landing pages and call-to-action (CTA) strategies.
Website Management: Work with web developers or use CMS (e.g., WordPress) to update the website, ensuring best practices in terms of user experience (UX) and SEO.
Trend Analysis: Stay updated with the latest trends in digital marketing, social media, SEO, and content marketing.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Communications, or related field.
Proven experience (1-3 years) in digital marketing or related roles.
Knowledge of SEO, PPC, Google Analytics, and social media advertising.
Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Proficiency in marketing tools (e.g., Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, HubSpot, etc.).
Preferred Skills:
Experience with marketing automation tools (e.g., Mailchimp, HubSpot).
Familiarity with graphic design tools like Adobe Photoshop or Canva.
Knowledge of HTML, CSS, or web development is a plus.
