Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute e-commerce strategies to drive online sales growth.
Manage daily operations of the e-commerce platform, including product listings, promotions, and inventory management.
Optimize the user experience across the website and other digital sales channels to increase conversion rates.
Analyze and report on e-commerce performance, including website traffic, sales data, and customer behavior.
Collaborate with marketing to create targeted digital campaigns that increase brand visibility and customer acquisition.
Work with product teams to ensure timely and accurate product listings, pricing, and inventory levels.
Oversee the customer service process, ensuring that customer inquiries, orders, and returns are handled efficiently.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends, tools, and platforms to continuously improve online store performance.
Conduct competitor analysis to identify market opportunities and trends.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
Proven experience in e-commerce management, preferably in [your industry].
