Role Overview:
The E-commerce Manager will lead our B2B online sales efforts, optimizing our digital platforms to drive revenue growth, expand reach, and create seamless experiences for business clients. This role combines strategic marketing with hands-on e-commerce management and requires a deep understanding of the B2B buyer journey—especially within the baby care industry.
Key Responsibilities:
1.Develop and execute a comprehensive B2B e-commerce strategy tailored for the baby products market.
2.Manage and optimize the online wholesale platform, ensuring user-friendly navigation, efficient ordering, and accurate product information.
3.Create and run targeted digital marketing campaigns for retailers, distributors, and healthcare partners (email, SEO, PPC, social media).
4.Collaborate with the product and design teams to launch new product collections and ensure proper merchandising online.
5.Monitor sales performance, website analytics, and customer behavior to inform data-driven decisions.
6.Manage product listings, pricing strategies, tiered B2B discounts, and seasonal promotions.
7.Coordinate with logistics and customer service teams to ensure seamless order fulfillment and customer satisfaction.
8.Stay informed on industry trends, competitor strategies, and emerging e-commerce technologies.
Requirements:
1.Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, E-commerce, or related field.
2.Experience of listing products on Amazon, Myntra, Firstcry and Flipkart.
3.Experienced in managing e-commerce inventory using Unicommerce, including order processing, stock reconciliation, and multi-channel updates.
4.Minimum 3 years of experience in B2B marketing and e-commerce management, preferably in baby products or consumer goods.
5.Proficiency with e-commerce platforms such as Shopify Plus, Magento, or WooCommerce B2B.
6.Strong understanding of digital marketing tools (Google Ads, Meta Ads, Klaviyo, Google Analytics, etc.).
7.Excellent communication and relationship management skills.
8.Experience working with wholesale customers or managing online B2B portals.
9.Familiarity with product compliance and safety standards in the baby industry is a plus.
