Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced E-Commerce Executive to manage product listings, optimize ads, and handle customer queries on Amazon and Flipkart. This role involves improving product visibility, managing key accounts, and ensuring smooth order processing while maintaining account health.
Key Responsibilities:
1.Product Listing:
Create and manage product listings on Amazon & Flipkart.
Optimize titles, descriptions, and images for accuracy and visibility.
2.Ads Optimization & Promotion:
Manage and optimize ad campaigns for new products.
Implement promotional strategies to boost visibility and sales.
3.Listing Optimization:
Improve existing listings and generate new ones.
Apply SEO techniques to enhance search rankings.
4.TDS Preparation:
Prepare and maintain TDS for new listings as per tax guidelines.
5.Key Account Management:
Build and maintain relationships with key accounts.
Resolve account issues and ensure optimal performance.
6.Customer Support:
Handle customer queries and provide timely resolutions.
7.Order Processing & Account Health:
Oversee order fulfillment and ensure account health.
Optimize bulk listings for accuracy and performance.
