Position Overview:



We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Social Media Manager to join our digital marketing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing our clients' social media strategies to enhance their online presence, increase audience engagement, and drive measurable results.



Key Responsibilities:

Create, plan, and execute comprehensive social media strategies tailored to client objectives.
Identify target audiences, platforms, and trends to maximize reach and engagement.
Develop creative, engaging, and high-quality content (text, images, videos, etc.) for various social media platforms.
Maintain a content calendar to ensure timely publication across channels.
Monitor, engage, and respond to comments, messages, and mentions in a timely and professional manner.
Provide regular reports with insights and recommendations for improvement.
Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices.
Incorporate innovative ideas to keep clients ahead of competitors.

Qualifications and Skills:

Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or in a similar role, preferably in a digital marketing agency.
Proficiency in using social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, Youtube, etc.)
Excellent communication, writing, and storytelling skills.
Creative thinking and ability to develop unique content ideas.
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
