Job Summary:
As a Social Media Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing our social media strategy to increase online presence, brand awareness, and customer engagement. You will work closely with the marketing team to create content that aligns with our brand voice and objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement social media strategies to increase brand awareness, engagement, and traffic.
• Manage all social media channels (Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.), ensuring consistent messaging and visual representation.
• Create and schedule engaging content, including graphics, videos, and copy, to promote beauty products, services, and company events.
• Monitor, track, and report on social media performance using analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Hoot suite, etc.), adjusting strategies as needed.
• Engage with the online community, responding to customer inquiries, comments, and messages in a timely manner.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends, tools, and best practices in social media and the beauty industry.
• Collaborate with influencers, beauty bloggers, and other partners to boost brand visibility.
• Plan and execute social media campaigns, contests, and giveaways to drive engagement.
• Manage paid social media advertising campaigns to increase reach and conversions.
• Create and maintain a content calendar to ensure timely and consistent posting.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• Proven experience (2+ years) as a Social Media Manager or similar role, preferably in the beauty industry.
• Strong understanding of social media platforms, trends, and analytics.
• Excellent writing, editing, and communication skills.
• Creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box.
• Experience with social media management and analytics tools.
• Knowledge of paid advertising campaigns on social media platforms (Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, etc.).
• A passion for beauty and lifestyle trends.

• Visual Content: Ability to design eye-catching images, videos, infographics, and other media. Tools like Adobe Photoshop, Canva, and Final Cut Pro are commonly used.
• Writing Skills: Crafting engaging copy for posts, captions, blogs, and ads. Strong writing skills are essential to convey messages effectively.
• Storytelling: Knowing how to tell a compelling story that resonates with your audience can significantly improve engagement.
2. Content Strategy
• Content Calendar Creation: Planning and scheduling content for consistency across platforms.
• Target Audience Understanding: Identifying the target audience and creating content tailored to their interests, behaviors, and demographics.
• Platform-Specific Strategy: Each platform (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.) has unique content needs. Understanding how to adjust content for each is essential.
3. Social Media Advertising
