Key Responsibilities:
✍ Content Writing:
• Create compelling blogs, product descriptions, website content, and email campaigns.
• Write SEO-friendly content to drive organic traffic.
• Develop engaging scripts for promotional videos and reels.
• Proofread and edit content to maintain brand tone and consistency.
� Social Media Marketing:
• Manage and grow The Bath and Care’s presence on Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn,
and other platforms.
• Plan and execute engaging social media campaigns.
• Develop creative content ideas, including reels, stories, and influencer collaborations.
• Monitor trends and leverage them to create viral content.
• Engage with the online community, respond to comments, and build brand
engagement.
� Digital Marketing & Strategy:
• Plan and schedule social media posts using tools like Meta Business Suite, Hootsuite,
or Buffer.
• Analyze social media metrics and optimize content strategy accordingly.
• Collaborate with designers and marketing teams for visuals and campaign planning.
• Research industry trends and competitors to enhance marketing strategies.
Requirements:
✔ 2-3 years of experience in content writing & social media marketing.
✔ Strong knowledge of SEO, content marketing, and digital advertising.
✔ Proficiency in Canva, Photoshop, or other design tools (preferred).
✔ Excellent writing and communication skills in English.
✔ Creative mindset with the ability to develop innovative content ideas.
✔ Experience in the beauty, skincare, or cosmetics industry is a plus
