Roles and Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement social media optimization (SMO) strategies to increase brand visibility and engagement across various platforms.
• Create and curate compelling content tailored for each social media channel, considering the target audience and platform dynamics.
• Manage social media accounts, including posting schedules, responding to comments, and fostering community engagement.
• Incorporate creative visual elements using editing tools like Canva, InShot, SocialPilot, and others to enhance content across social media platforms.
• Creative mindset with the ability to create visually appealing and engaging content.
• Utilize social media analytics tools to measure and analyse performance, providing insights and recommendations for optimization.
• Stay updated on social media trends and algorithm changes, adapting strategies to maximize organic reach.
• Implement paid social media campaigns to support specific objectives and drive targeted audience engagement.
• Monitor competitor activities on social media and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Develop and nurture relationships with influencers and partners for collaborative campaigns.

Skills Required:
• Proficiency in social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and others.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Creative mindset with the ability to create visually appealing and engaging content.
• Understanding of social media analytics and reporting.
• Experience with social media advertising campaigns.
• Knowledge of social media trends, algorithms, and best practices.
• Ability to manage multiple social media accounts simultaneously.
