Electrician

Ensure proper cable tray placement and cable laying as per detailed engineering approved by the E&I manager (both electrical and instrument)Conduct proper fit-up of all instruments including control/auto valves, RTDs, thermocouples, temprature and pressure gauges, etc. Re-programming and making IOs in PLC, whenever required Computation of electrical and instrumentation bill of quantities Conduct routine and preventive maintaince of instruments, actuated valves,RTD, etc. Conduct proper callibration of instruments and ensure best possible accuracy of readingsTrouble-shooting and timely resolution of all instrument and PLC related problemsEnsure quality of all electrical bought-outsSupervise Electrical Contractor and ensure compliance with detailed engineeringEnsure proper earthing of all plant, equipment, panels,etc.  including placement of lightening arresters, earthing pits ,etc.Ensure proper cleaning of instruments, electrical panels, fittings, stabilizers, etc.Develop preventative and corrective maintaince measures with E&I Manager to reduce break-downsConduct routine and preventive maintaince of motors, Screw Chiller, VAM, VFD, PLC, electrical panels, stabilizers, UPS, instruments, auto valves, etcEnsure proper maintaince of all plant motors, field instruments, etc. including sparesEnsure DG maintaince and follow-up with service provider for AMC, Spares ,etc.Ensure Minimum HSD stocks for DGEnsure ESP electrode cleaning on regular basisCreate and Update Instrument & Electrical Maintaince Log BookCreate and Update Instrument & Electrical spares and consumables  sheet with E&I ManagerCreate and follow-up order placement requests for spares and consumables with E&I ManagerCreate and Update DG Maintaince Log BookCreate and Update Diesel Consumption Log BookRegular monitoring and reporting of daily power consumption including power factorSupervise in routine maintaince of weigh-bridge including vendor followup, calibration, etc.   Ensure all statutory compliances for electrical and weigh-bridge Supervise and ensure safety of manpower and equipmentsAny other responsibilities given by management
