Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented ITI Fitter to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for fitting, assembling, and maintaining mechanical components and systems as per technical drawings and specifications. This role involves working closely with the maintenance or production team to ensure smooth and efficient operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Read and interpret engineering drawings, schematics, and blueprints

• Assemble and install mechanical components and systems

• Perform maintenance and repair of mechanical equipment

• Operate hand tools and power tools safely and effectively

• Fit and assemble structural frameworks and housings

• Align and test equipment and make necessary adjustments

• Perform welding, drilling, and grinding as needed

• Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean workspace

• Report faults or potential issues to the supervisor promptly

• Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition

Required Qualifications:

• ITI certification in Fitter trade from a recognized institute

• Basic knowledge of mechanical systems and components

• Ability to read and understand technical drawings

• Hands-on experience in assembly, fitting, or maintenance work (preferred)

• Familiarity with safety standards and procedures

• Physically fit and able to lift heavy components

• Good teamwork and communication skill
