- Plan and organize events, weddings, get togethers or corporate functions
- Book venues and vendors as per requirement
- Follow up with staffs and handle end-to-end management
•Roles & Responsibilities:•
1. •Client Management:•
- Build strong relationships, understand client needs, and act as the primary contact before, during, and after events.
- Ensure client satisfaction and foster long-term partnerships.
2. •Event Planning & Coordination:•
- Define event objectives, themes, budgets, and schedules.
- Coordinate logistics, including venues, vendors, catering, entertainment, and transportation.
3. •Budget Management:•
- Develop and manage event budgets, negotiate with vendors, and monitor expenses.
4. •Vendor & Supplier Management:•
- Source and manage third-party service providers, ensuring timely delivery and quality.
5. •On-Site Event Management:•
- Oversee event setup, execution, and breakdown, handling issues as they arise.
6. •Post-Event Follow-Up:•
- Gather client feedback, prepare reports, and offer improvement recommendations.

- Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to multitask under pressure.
- Budgeting, negotiation, and attention to detail.
