-Proven experience in FMCG sales, with a focus on managing distributors.
-Expertise in leading a team of 10-15 members to achieve sales targets.
-Strong understanding of distribution networks and market dynamics.
-Excellent communication, leadership, and negotiation skills.
-Analytical mindset with the ability to strategize and optimize sales performance.
Key Responsibilities:
-Oversee and manage distributor operations within the assigned territory.
-Lead and mentor a sales team of 10-15 members, ensuring high performance and motivation.
-Develop and implement sales strategies to meet and exceed targets.
-Monitor and analyze market trends to identify opportunities for growth.
-Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors and key stakeholders.
-Ensure timely reporting and adherence to company policies.
