Job Title: Business Sales Manager (BSM) – Home Loans / Loan Against Property (HL / LAP)Department: Sales Reports To: Area Sales Manager / Branch Manager Key Responsibilities: Sales & Business Development: Source new Home Loan and LAP customers through field visits, referrals, DSA, connectors, and open market. Generate leads and convert them to disbursals by maintaining consistent follow-ups.Meet assigned monthly targets for logins, approvals, and disbursements.Customer Relationship Management:Understand customer requirements and offer suitable mortgage products.Ensure excellent customer service throughout the loan lifecycle.Build strong relationships with customers, channel partners, and internal teams.Channel Management:Develop and manage DSA/connector/channel partner networks.Motivate and train channel partners to improve productivity and compliance.
